Dr. Rongguang Qiu

Qiu Rongguang, an original Hakka resident of Tai Po, was born and raised in Tai Po. Studied at Anglo-Chinese College and the Mechanical Engineering Department of Polytechnic University. In 1984, he moved to London, UK, (Drapers Scholarship), Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours), University of London, UK. In 1994, he completed his Ph.D. at Queen Mary College. Back in Hong Kong, bring back new ideas and technologies in renewable energy, energy saving and emission reduction. After the 2007 Hong Kong District Council election, he was appointed as a member of the Tai Po District Council. In 2012, he was again appointed by the government as a councillor for Tai Po District. In 2008, Mr. Yau Wing-kwong proposed to build a pet park, which was supported by the district council. In 2009, Tai Po Kwong Fook Park was transformed into the first pet park in Hong Kong, and other areas followed suit. He was a member of the "Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage Committee".

Lady Li Yunxia

Since 1975, Li Yunxia has been learning paper-cutting with his grandmother and mother, and his subsequent works such as "Rice Gathering Relatives", "Cat Gathering Mice" and "Dragon and Phoenix Greeting Pearls" have won prizes in many competitions, and have been exhibited in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and France. , Malaysia and Brunei for cultural exchange and exhibition of paper-cut art. Over the years, many national leaders and scholars have highly praised his works. In order to commend his extraordinary achievements in paper-cutting art, his name has been successively listed in "Who's Who in China", "Who's Who in China's Contemporary Artists", "Who's Who in Chinese Contemporary Art" and "Who's Who in the World". His personal collections include "A Collection of Li Yunxia's Paper-cut Art Works in Northern Shaanxi", "Li Yunxia---Original Art Paper-cut" and "Li Yunxia's Art Paper-cut Exhibition Collection". In recent years, he has devoted himself to the teaching and promotion of paper-cutting, and is currently a tutor of many art academies. The students he teaches have won many awards in Hong Kong paper-cutting competitions, with excellent results.

Mr. Tang Bingming

(Raymond), CSDSM, holds an MBA. Mr. Tang, a retired directorate civil servant, has worked in the Correctional Services Department for about 31 years. Before retiring, he served as Assistant Commissioner of Correctional Services Department for six years and actively devoted himself to rehabilitation affairs. He has also been seconded to the Security Bureau as Assistant Secretary for Security, Director of the Staff Training Institute of the Correctional Services Department, Director of High Security Prisons, Special Assistant to the Director, and Head of Research Department, etc. He is currently the Honorary Consultant of the Rehabilitation Association, the Chief Consultant of Mukun, and the Conference Consultant of the Rehabilitation Association.

Ms. Yu Hua

Mary Yu is a famous cheongsam designer and artist. Graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design with a Master of Design and a Bachelor of Fashion Design from the Department of Fashion and Textiles. He has been selected as one of the top ten outstanding young people in Hong Kong (professional field) and the outstanding school of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He once served as the costume design for Hong Kong's bid for the Olympic equestrian event. Yu Hua, who has studied Chinese literature for many years, still loves Chinese literature and art and takes the promotion of traditional Chinese culture as her mission. Launched the combination of Chinese and Western cheongsam haute couture design and jade jewelry design. Create a Chinese clothing brand: 婳Mary Yu. Yu's cheongsam designs were not only exhibited in the "Global Cheongsam Day Designer Invitational Exhibition" at the China National Silk Museum in Hangzhou, but also won the permanent collection of the China National Silk Museum for 4 consecutive years.

Lo Kam Wah MH, Justice of the Peace

Mr. Lo Kam-wah, JP, graduated from the Department of Social Work of the University of Hong Kong, and later obtained a Diploma in Administration from the Chinese University and a Master of Divinity from the Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary. Mr. Lo has worked in professional social work for more than 40 years and is also a guest lecturer in several universities. Over the years, he has also held a number of public positions, such as Wan Chai District Councillor, Chairman of Youth Summer Activities Committee, member of the Community Relations Citizens Advisory Committee of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, observer of the IPCC, member of the Hospital Authority Ruttonjee and Tang Shiu Kin Hospital Governing Committee, etc. He has also served on the board of directors and members of many institutions, such as Evangel Hospital, Evangel Children's Home, and Evangel Social Services Limited. Christ is currently the Vice Chairman of the Fund's Board of Directors.
